We only make one thing.
We've made it for twelve years.
Purplesun Tech started as a five-person assembly workshop on the fourth floor of a Bao'an industrial building. Today we run four SMT lines and ship to more than sixty markets — and we still only make power products.
A factory built by people
who repair things.
Our first customers were European accessory brands whose previous supplier had shipped a batch with the wrong thermistor. We spent the first three years doing what that factory wouldn't: logging every failure, opening every returned unit, and rebuilding the test protocol around what we found.
That habit became the company. Today roughly 70% of revenue comes from customers who have been with us for more than three years, and most of them found us through another customer rather than through a platform listing.

Average years per customer relationship
Twelve years, in order.
Five people, one manual line, USB-A wall chargers for regional wholesalers.
Brought PCB assembly in-house and started issuing European certificates under customer brands.
Launched our first 65W GaN platform — the product that turned us from a component assembler into a design partner.
Added EPR laptop charging and a dedicated magnetic power bank cell with in-house battery pack assembly.
Consolidated four workshops into one facility with a proper environmental lab and an expanded QC floor.
Migrated the full wireless portfolio to Qi2 modules ahead of the EU's unified charging deadline.
Three rules we don't bend.
If a lot fails, a mold cracks or a component goes on allocation, you hear it the same day — with a plan attached. Silence is the one thing we never sell.
Quotes are itemized: unit cost, packaging, tooling, certification, freight. If we add a charge later, you will see exactly what it is for.
We don't resell a mold we made for you, and we don't show your product to another customer. NDAs are signed before drawings are shared.
