Charging products fail quietly — a cold joint, a drifting thermistor, a cable that loses 5% of its conductor after 200 bends. Our test protocol is designed to catch all three before your customer does.

Still have a question?500 pieces per model for stock designs, 1,000–3,000 pieces for custom molds depending on the product. Mixed-color and mixed-plug configurations count toward the same MOQ, and trial orders under MOQ are possible with a small-lot surcharge.
Stock samples ship in 3–5 days at cost. Modified samples (logo, finish, packaging) take 10–15 days. Fully custom tooling takes 25–30 days. Sample charges are refunded against your first production order.
Yes. We hold CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UKCA reports for our standard platforms, and can arrange PSE (Japan), KC (Korea), RCM (Australia) and safety marks for other markets. Certification cost and lead time are quoted line by line, so you only pay for the markets you actually sell in.
Yes — silk-screen, laser etching, UV printing and custom color matching are all available. We provide packaging dielines, and our in-house designer can adapt your artwork or build a retail box from scratch. Artwork proofs are approved before mass production.
30% deposit with the balance against the pre-shipment inspection report. T/T, and Alibaba Trade Assurance if you prefer an escrow. We ship FOB Shenzhen / Yantian, CIF, or DDP to your warehouse or Amazon FBA — DDP is quoted with duties included, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
12 months from shipment. Verified defect rates above 2% are replaced free in the next order, plus a credit for the freight. We also keep your production records for 24 months, so a claim can be traced back to the exact lot and test data.
