Eight gates between a component and your carton.
Each gate has a written pass criterion and a recorded result. If a lot fails a gate, it stops — it does not get reworked quietly and shipped.
Component authenticity check against the approved vendor list, then 100% AOI after reflow. X-ray sampling on every BGA and QFN lot.
ESD-controlled cells, torque-checked screws, then 100% hi-pot, earth continuity and leakage current. Failures are quarantined by serial range.
4-hour burn-in at rated load on a sampled batch, thermal imaging at 25 °C and 40 °C ambient, ripple and efficiency captured against spec.
AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) pre-shipment inspection with a photo report, then carton drop, weight and label verification before sealing.

A certificate issued to the factory is worth very little when a marketplace asks who manufactured the unit. We file reports under your brand and hand over the originals, so every document traces back to the product you actually sell.
